How well do you know the alphabet? Do you have an hour to spare for your favorite neighborhood bookstore?

Old Books on Front St is finally moving into our new location! Yes, after months of searching and renovation - we are ready to start putting books on shelves!

So we were wondering - do you have an hour to spare? Rather than have one big day to move, we really need to get the books on shelves in some sort of logical order - so that when you come to visit we can actually serve you! So we are asking people to drop by and give us an hour of their time over the next week. The excitement begins at 3 PM on Friday, No. 26th; and we will go until 7 PM. Start time for Saturday & Sunday is 8 AM. We are hoping that during the week we will still have trades people in the building working on installing HVAC, electricity and plumbing. So Monday - Friday will be 5 PM - 9 PM. We will be moving boxes over and unpacking them. Please come by when you have about an hour. We will have refreshments provided by Sugar on Front St, the new café owned my Samantha Smith, to be located inside the bookstore. (Now’s the chance to sample her sugary creations for free!) Our new location is 249 N. Front St. next to the Soapbox, across form WHQR, on Front St. between Chestnut and Grace.

Re Parking:
There are 3 parking decks on Second St. between market and Grace. They are both free all day Sat & Sun. and the first hour is free all week long. The parking deck behind the store (Water St. deck) does NOT offer free parking. The metered spaces are free on Sundays and after 6 :30 PM during the week.
